If you're jailbroken you can get the safari download manager to do this. you can use iFile to move the download into the iDisk directory.

the birthday section is great, and so is the ability to go jiggly and add your favorite friends and shortcuts. You can also rearrange the existing menu items this way. Pretty nice.
