I got mine a week after launch day and never put it in any case or a screen protector on it. I've dropped it a few times now and not a scratch on either the glass or the metal band. Very robust body! Very happy.

I would LOVE the ability to choose what information I want to restore to my phone from backup. I only ever want to restore my texts, everything else I couldn't care less.

I would find out what carrier it was originally with and see if it is a carrier that offers unlocking (seems all carriers in AU do) and call them and see if you can get it officially unlocked.

I've always used mine but I have it set to be delayed by five minutes that way if I need to get back quickly after closing it off I don't have to enter the code every time.

Only way to track it is through a MobileMe subscription. If you restored your phone when you got it all settings would be cleared, such as the MobileMe account information.

It shouldn't if its selected on your computer only. If it's just apps then on the second computer it might pop up asking to transfer purchases to the iTunes library. Do that. Then it won't come up again. You'll need to sign into your iTunes account on that second computer.

I'm assuming you backed up all your files? If so, all you need to do is place the folder from your PC named 'iTunes' that would have been the the My Music folder and place it in the Music folder. When you open iTunes, a progress bar will pop up showing you it is updating your iTunes library...
