im having the same problems... Sent numerous messages to Twitter Support. I have gotten only 1 response. The response didnt even refer to the problem i am having....

I was able to get one tonight in the New Orleans area.... At first tried to get a 16gb Black AT&T.... But none where there... So I took a shot and changed over to the white model and they had some... Hopefully I'll have mine by 11am tomorrow.....:)

I have read over a couple sites, with the new AT&T Shared Data plans, we would be able to use the native wifi tethering built into the iPhone at no extra charge. I have looked all over the AT&T site, but haven't been able to find that info there. Does anyone know more about this?

I am getting the same message on my iPad 2, but I'm not jailbroken... Weird....I'd hate to have to do fresh install just to get this app to work...

I have used CourseSmart app last semester. While not perfect, it was a pretty good. I hope they make improvements going forward, better than spending an extra $100 on a physical book.
