Can't escape campaign ads even on iMore...

Iowa's contentious US Senate race even has an outside group advertising on iMore against the woman in the race... I think I'll hibernate until after the election... :concern:

I am so tired of all of the mudslinging. We always vote early. This year, I mailed our ballots back on Oct 10. We still get the tv ads, the USPS mailers and non-stop barrage of phone calls. I can handle all of it but the phone calls.

It’s easy to fast-forward through the tv ads, and the mailers go right into the trash bin. But I have had to stop answering the phone at all these days. My biggest beef with the calls is that all of the rules that the federal and local congress makes for do not call, etc specifically exempt political calls. That a crock. Oh, and then there’s the part about how the calls don’t disconnect when you hang up. If you pick you phone up again, the messages are still there, prattling on.

Grrrr.

We don't even have a land lines no more so we don't get the political phone calls on the cells.
