Wondering if anyone can identify the app/filter to get this grainy but sharp effect (also appears to be some color desaturation etc...):

I'll play with it when I get home and show ya what I come up with (I already have it). I'd play with it on the way home, but the state highway patrols kinda frown on you using your iPad while driving.

It looks like Instagram to me. You can get that look by adding two filters and/or HDR effects. I got this picturing doing that ImageUploadedByiMore Forums1372440756.878604.jpg

When you go to post a picture on instagram, when you are at the "choose your filter" part, there is an effect that is just below the picture, to the very right, and it kinda looks like a sun, maybe that was used?
