Low Contrast Minimal Effect
Hey guys,
does anyone know an app that makes a low contrast vintage effect, not the usual instagram effects. Like this pics:

With Hipstamatic, I would try using a neutral or near-neutral lens like the Helga Viking or Foxy and the Blanko film with no flash.
Also, Picfx has tons of filters you can overlap. Snapseed is a great editor and can do a lot if you just play around.
