App For Restoring Old Photos

Hey everyone, I'm looking for an app that helps on restoring old photos, I don't have my pc right now and I have some old scanned pics that I want to fix and they have some scratches so I'm looking for an app that can help on removing scratches, I've tried with iPhoto and Snapseed and none of the filters nor FX helped well thanks in advance.

I recommend Filter Storm. It is closer to an actual photo editing software than a filter app.

Try TouchRetouch or PhotoFixer. Both apps use a kind of content-aware fill algorithm to fix images and remove unwanted areas. They have their limitations, but you might find them helpful.

I would also suggest TouchRetouch. I've had really surprising good results removing dust and scratches from pics shot off of prints. It is also fast and easy.
