Video stopped working

I have an iPhone 4 for 6 weeks now and the video function stopped working today. The only difference on my phone from yesterday when it was working fine was an update for LEGO App4+ which I installed last night. I removed the app today to see if it made any difference which it didn't so I reinstalled it again. The camera works and I can flick across to select the video function but when I press the red start button the screen freezes. I can use the flash buttons when this has happened but nothing else. I have to go out of the camera function completely by pressing the black home button. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks

Try a Hard reboot hold home and power till it restarts .. If that dont work do a restore in iTunes .. If it still has issues it's a hardware problem go to apple and they will replace the phone
