Slow motion video

I want to be able to record videos and watch them at 1/2 or 1/4 the speed. Is there a video app that can do this? (I was watching mythbusters and thought that their high-speed camera was cool and just assumed that the app store had something like this).

That could be an interesting app, for exactly what your describe, but I don't believe that one currently exists.

That's ok... found Speed Machine for $1.99. Works great, but I don't like the interface... kinda clunky and not that easy/smooth to use.
