photo 1: The Story in His Eyes [Pixlr-o-matic, Big Lens, Photoshop Express]
sometimes you don't need to explain a photo, when a person's facial features contain the story.
photo 2: Broken Dreams [Pixlr-o-matic, Photoshop Express]
contradicting imagery of brightly colored walls, with empty frames no longer housing flyers...with a man holding a needle ready to shoot...earing a sweater from his former employer as the only thing keeping him warm.

forgot i had this one too! edited with only instagram:
Mr 80s Businessman. Work ended early, so its time to evade that paperwork and let loose by removing your blazer and rollerblading down to the nearest pub. You feel good about your life, because you have a telephone in your car and your daughter listens to her Oingo Boingo cassette on that walkman you bought her for her birthday.

I had a lot more to submit since I mostly take portraits of the people (and animals) I love, but I didn't want to inundate the forum with my pics. All were taken with Camera Awesome, Camera+, Darkroom, and native iPhone 4s camera. Some were edited using Instagram, HDR FX, iQuick Splash, Snapseed, PS Express, or some combo of those applications.
I've been playing around with the apps, trying to find my groove and/or favorites, but mostly I just end up using certain ones depending on situation. Camera Awesome has several layovers for framing a shot, Camera+ zoom is unmatched; they all have their merits. Don't even get me stared on all the editing apps I use. I swear I'd get an iPad just to photostream my iPhone shots and edit them on the larger screen.
