best instagram viewing apps?

i was wondering what your favorite apps are for viewing instagram, because i'm looking for something new. i don't care what device its on be it ipad, iphone, mac app store, or internet app. it'd be nice if you could "like", comment, and follow/unfollow people on it too.

I user the Instagr.am app and Flipboard on iPad/iPhone... not much of a selection on Mac.
