Default Video Call from BB10 to other devices

Well that's basically my question. Is there a way to make video calls from a Z10 or Q10 to an iPhone/Android/WP device? I know video calls are possible from bb to bb (with BB10 OS) and that it's powered by oovoo but I haven't been able to find if it works the same way with other devices. No Tango, no real oovoo, read skype is in preview with some bad reviews so far.
Any word? Am I wrong here?

    Thanks in advance.

oovoo has an iOS app... it may facilitate connecting to other devices using their app on other devices - check oovoo.com

Yeah I know I have oovoo the thing is that I don't see/find/have read a way to make video calls to other non BB users.
I just read that the video calls can be made through BBM to other BB10 users only and they're powered by oovoo in fact in their website they say it's available for iOS/android they don't mention BB.

A release version of Skype should be out when the Q10 goes on sale and the Z10 gets the 10.1 update.

I have Skype video working on BlackBerry Z10 to PC, IPAD, Iphone, GS3. etc. While mine is a leaked app it should be official any day now. Also FaceFlow said they were creating an app for iOS and Android

Good to know that, I read you could do that. Is it any good? Does it work well? Any word would be very much appreciated.

All depends on your connection. I had some good quality on 4G LTE but when on a sketchy wifi network it was very sluggish. If both re on a good connection seems GREAT

While there ARE some quirks with Skype on BB10 it actually works pretty well. I use it often, and I have connected to folks on iOS, and I have made skype to landline calls also. (Skype premium is free for 3 months to BB10 owners) Also ooVoo is coming, they have said they will support BB10, but as of yet the software is not out.

Thanks for sharing! Still that's kind of a drawback for me, today is all about video-calls to stay in touch with your loved ones.
