I've been hearing a lot of people having issues with Yosemite, and I was curious if I should update or wait still?

Thanks in advance

Version 10.10.2 is in beta... I'm running it fine on a circa early 2008 MacBook Pro... Go for it. Or don't. We can't decide for you.

When I had issues with Yosemite on my 2007 iMac a clean install solved it.

It’s software, so there will always be bugs. But with that said, I’ve been running Yosemite since the first developer release, and am not having any issues. It is certainly stable on my 2012 rMBP. I say "go for it".

You've probably upgraded by now, so I was wondering if you've experienced any bugs? I haven't myself. I get your paranoid - when I updated from Mavericks to Yosemite, I spent a lot of time making extensive backups because I'd read so much about people losing files, but everything was just there as it had been before - only looking better.
