Downgrading 10.10

Whats the best way? I tried to restart it by booting up my MacBook and trying to dejete and reinstall OS but it was only giving me the option to put 10.10 back. I decided not to renew my developer account and before it expires I want to go back to mavericks

the only safe way to do it, is with internet recovery, but you'll have to erase your hard drive first and make a clean install

So I will just lose all my apps and files than right

you can re download your purchased apps from the appstore, or from the place you bought them from.

your files, i recommend that you back them up
