Continuity on Yosemite availability?

Are we able to use the calling feature on the Yosemite update? I am able to text people who aren't on iPhone (sms) but I'm unable to call or receive calls from my macbook. Any idea if it's able to do it yet or not?

It is a hit and miss for me. In DP1 I got it to work once or twice in DP2 it says it is calling but nothing happens or doesn't do anything.
