Any ideas why AutoFill is not populating like it used to?

I had a question. Previously when I went to site that required password and user name. It would fill in automatically. I mean I would go to the log in page and the info would populate. The past week or 2 it seems I have to click on the user name box, then it pops up asking to click on the info to fill in. I have made sure auto fill is on. Any ideas?
