Cant download Mountain Lion

I've tried to download it through the mac app store but when I click the download button it brings me to my billing info page & then back to the Mountain Lion page. I have $21 on my account
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have a Macbook Pro 2011 running Lion.

There has to be a reason, and some sort of visual cue for the source of the problem. When you are taken to your billing info page, look over it carefully. Typically the error messages are in red text...

Make sure the expiration date on your credit/debit card is accurate and up to date.
