Does anybody use Pro Tools 11.3 with El Capitan?

I have just purchased an iMac to use exclusively with my PT software program but it seems through written documents I need to upgrade my PT's at 200.00 per year. Not Good! Is there somebody reading this that is using PT with El Cap successfully? If not is there somebody or someplace I can get a full copy of Yosemite for free or for a reasonable price. I've looked everywhere to no avail.

I'm retired/disabled, very low fixed income and have no working knowledge of Apple or Pro Tools for that matter. I spent my back pay for all I have so I can have a hobby until I catch the bus out. Can anybody help.

I doubt you'll be able to find a full copy of OS X Yosemite for free. As for the PT software program, I don't use it and have never used it. Sorry. Hopefully, someone who has and/or does will reply soon.
