I updated on my 2014 MBA. Took about 20 min another 10 or so for Photos library to update. Gonna dig in and check out the new features.

It's a pain in the **** to downgrade. If you have a lots of time, go ahead. Best to Google for instructions. I'm not going to lay that all out step by step.

It was a small field buried in upper right side of the El Cap announcement display

Installed the Public Release yesterday and i am unable to get Weather in the spotlight. it takes me to system preferences>Extensions. Any Changes to be done to access that? also stocks are not showing up in the spotlight when i search for one.

So far, I have no issues. I ran the beta up to the GM candidate, and it's been pretty solid all along.

No issues with Weather using Spotlight & no sues in general with the update so far.

I just discovered a new setting in  > System Preferences ... > General.

There's an option to "Automatically hide and show the menu bar". Click that option, and you get a bit more real estate on your desktop. When you move your cursor to the top of the screen, the menu bar magically reappears for you to use for any actions that require it. It works exactly like the "Automatically hide and show the Dock" setting.

The only issue I'm having is with NetNewsWire. It crashes as soon as it opens.
