Disable the password for the screensaver?

So after about 4 years, I finally decided to reformat my MacBook Pro and reinstall OS X. I noticed that the password is required for the screensaver and I have no clue at all as to how to disable this feature. Can someone tell me? I've looked and looked and can't figure it out.
