I'm shopping for an Ipad 1. I'd be grateful to know the differences between these two models:

Apple iPad 1 16GB 3G + WIFI Black MC349

Apple iPad 1 32GB WIFI Black MB292B/A

The 16g has the ability to use w data from your cell plan as well as wifi

The 32g is twice the storage as the other but does not have the ability to use data other than wifi.
