Faild iOS5 Update - Won't Restart

I've atempted to update my iPad 2 to iOS5.

After several failed attempts (error 3200) the ipad now refuses to start ie. Apple Logo followed by empty progress bar followed by spinner and then aback to applle logo etc. Also the device is no longer appearing in iTunes.

I've double checked the usb port and cable by plugging in my ipod - no problems.

I've tried soft reset, hard reset, removing iTunes and reinstalling - no luck.

Can anyone please help

Turn off iPad plug in the USB cable hold the home button down and turn it on
