App Store on iPad question

So on the iPhone App Store, you can navigate different categories of games (ie. Action, Adventure, Board, etc)
Is there no way to do that on the iPad? If there is, what am I doing wrong? Ive been looking for some more games and it would be easier to search by category. Thanks in advance.

If you go to top charts, then in the top left corner you can select categories.

Thanks mriley but what I meant was to search through different categories in games, like subcategories.

I just usually search for games...mostly just free ones
