Keep video/YouTube playing?

If I want to continue listening to a YouTube video after going to something else, I can only if I Go back into the quick app switcher, then slide over to the control widgets,then hit play again. But it stops every time I go to the home screen or the q app switcher from the video. Also, if the video is playing in safari, whenever I go to open a new page/my tabbed pages. A kinda work around to safari is using the "desktop" app, but still can't goto home screen or q app switcher without the videos audio stopping. Any thing I can do about this?

Also, listening to music vids, it'd be cool if they kept playing when I turn the screen off

To my understanding that's one thing that can't be multitasked... yet.

Had to apply a patch to get that to work on webos. Is there a jailbreak for that on iOS?

also, I'm watching netflix, listening over h2dp bluetooth headphones. Every 20 minutes or so, the audio stops. Bt is still connected. Audio will start again if I skip ahead or back, but have to find my place again.

I think it's an ios problem, but if not, I'm using the motorokr s305 headset. H2dp's never done that to me with my pre.
