Possible to have more than 200 emails using Exchange

I have used a friend's iPad and noticed that he can only have 200 emails from his Exchange email account show at any one time on his iPad.

Is there any way to have more than 200?

I could have an important email deleted once it was the 201st email on the iPad in a matter of days.

It's not "deleted" it's just not available to view. For older emails you could use your ipad's browser to access via outlook web access.

Have not had this issue yet. Is it 200 limit per folder or total displayed for your exchange mailbox?

It's per folder and also you can set preference by date ( so only show last weeks for example)

I was just about to post the same question...but coming from the bb forums they taught me to search. Lol just to add...is there a way to mark emails or "flag" them for later review or follow up?

Not like in regular Outlook. The only native iPad way I can think of is by creating a Follow-up folder and move them in there...or just leave them in the inbox.

In regular Outlook I can flag them or even turn them into tasks or calendar items and it would be sweet if iOS ever supported such features!
