Going to return it and wondered if using itunes to reset it to the factory new was any better then just using the reset feature in the settings of the iPad control panel?
Yes, definitely use iTunes to restore. Just a thought -- before you return it, you might check eBay to see if you can get a better price selling it rather than returning it.
Using iTunes worked great. I checked around the OS and could find no legacy of my user info. Thanks for the help guys! BB took it back, no problem, no restocking fee.
Re: Ebay, I thought about it, but just didn't want to deal with the hassle. Just simpler to be rid of it in minutes, vice a couple of weeks.
