How long should the iPad take to charge fully?

I'd like to know on:

High Speed USB port on Macbook Pro (13 inch)
iPad USB wall charger
iPhone USB wall charger

My charging seems very slow ... about 4 hours using iPad wall charger.
I tried the others and they were even slower (didnt wait for full charge)

read somewhere that the iPad battery is 5x that of the iPhone. I plugged mine in at night, and just let it charge until morning. Haven't really timed it.
