If you're referring to the section depicted in the below screenshot, all you have to do is tap on it and then make the necessary changes.

You're going to want to create a contact for yourself, then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then scroll down to "my info" and select the contact you created. This should automatically update your card at the top of your contacts

To set the My Info card:
*Tap the Settings icon on the Home Screen.
*Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars in the left pane.
*Scroll down and tap My Info under Contacts. (By Tapping My Info.
Your contacts list will appear)
*Locate and select your name. ...
The My Info card will be set with your information.

How do you make it blank. No contact info.

Apple support told me there was no way to do this but there is and it's easy.

First, add new contact (make it anything)

Then, go to settings > contacts > my info and tap the new contact you just made.

Finally, go to contacts list from main screen, tap the my info thing at the top, and delete the contact that it's set to. I had to restart for this to take effect, but it worked.
