Can I get some help with Keybooard Shortcuts?

Keybooard Shortcuts

Hello, I just got a new keyboard to use with my iPad mini (1st Gen).

Before I could use ctrl + v to paste. This isn't working with my new Logitech 920-003390 Tablet Keyboard. Anyway to re-enable the shortcuts or see why it's not working with this keyboard?

Also, I can't remember but seems there was a shortcut for select all. Anyone know it?

The commands for OS X and iOS use the CMD key instead of the CTRL key.

Is there a generic cmd key on a non-ios keyboard?
