Why won't my iPad Mini connect to the servers?

Whenever I try to go onto a website or anything to do with WiFi, the iPad won't work, I've tried rebooting my router but it still won't connect, so it has nothing to do with the WiFi, has this happened to anyone else?

Restore your device and set it up as new or make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store.
