iPad Mini Twitter Problems

Wondering if anyone else is having these issues. The ui problems are the same in portrait. The iPad is a stock Mini; never been jailbroken, and it's the latest, official, Twitter app. Can't figure it out for the life of me.

I suppose deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't fix it? I only use tweetbot on my mini, so I haven't seen this, but I will go download it and see if I have the same issues.

I did try a reinstall, but it made no difference.

I have always used Tweebot for my Twitter client. And the iPad version is very very nice.

I know this is ancient now, but if anyone else runs into this, the solution is to tap and hold the keyboard key at the lower right corner of the screen, and then choose Docked Keyboard.
