Hi I hope someone can help.
I received an iPad mini for Christmas. When I first set it up using my existing apple ID both my cell number(iPhone) and my email associated with the apple ID showed up in the "send and receive" list for Messages and Facetime. I noticed last night when my wife messaged me that only my iPhone rang. I went into settings on my iPad and found that my cell number was no longer listed.
I have tried google searches and tried the toggle off and on tricks that are listed, made sure the cell number is listed as iPhone in my contact card(this fixed it for my wife) and made sure the cell number was listed in my info in my apple ID account. As far is I can see everything is as it should be. Still no cell number on iPad. The strange part is it had been there and I had been receiving iMessages and Facetime on both iPhone and iPad.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
