What type of backpack or bag do you carry your electronics in?

I usually grab my Kenneth Cole medium messenger bag (similar to photo below), but I'm looking for something that will accommodate my soon to be purchased Macbook Pro.

I'm not sure if I want a larger messenger bag or a backpack to carry around.

Check Etsy for handmade ones. Sometimes shops that create handmade items will do custom work for you.

Edit: The right bagineer should be able to make two sets of detachable straps for one bag. One set of straps would turn it into a regular carry bag, and the other would turn it into a backpack. Easily doable for an experienced bagineer with an industrial sewing machine.

We use Jansport "Right Pack" Laptop Sleeve backpacks for our MacBook Pro 13" and MacBook Air 13". Best laptop bag I've used so far. Always get compliments on it.

And I just ordered a black Qishare sleeve with handles and detachable shoulder strap (for my 12-inch MacBook) from Amazon.

I don't carry my bigger iPad around anymore but when I did, I used a Louis Vuitton Beaubourg bag.

I use a tactical backpack. Oakley makes good ones, but ive found any one from a police/military store or sporting goods for around 50 bucks works phenomenal.
