How's the job market in Canada?

pls help.moving to Canada

I am a financial analyst working in New York at a large insurance company. I am moving to Canada to join my Canadian wife and hope to find a financial analyst job in Toronto. I'm concerned that I will have to take a pay haircut coming to Toronto from New York. Any ideas how much I could be paid as a financial analyst in Toronto with around 5 years of solid experience?
