Jag, I don't make mine sweet...more savory with onions and salt and pepper. I've never tried it with cinnamon, but applesauce is a no go.

Janey if you DO try it the other way make sure it is cinnamon sugar and not plain cinnamon or you wont like ot otherwise you will love it.
