Looks and sounds great. I love that kind of food if you could not tell and only eat fish as well but no meats at all.

No meat or fish. Only exception is eggs and that too quite infrequently.

Good afternoon everyone, I trust all of you had a great weekend. We had rain ALL weekend hard except yesterday and now back into our low - mid 90s. Humidity is what gets me. Went shopping today for groceries and just in and out you sweat.
