Morning all. I opted to skip my walk this morning to let my body rest.

Plus, tonight is leg day at the gym!

Call me SQUATZILLA :)

Here is a signature brew to start your day

You poor, poor thing.

Poor thing? I love it lol because I'm the one that manages all their devices so whenever I'm there I get to do maintenance which prevents me having to go back when the devices start crashing, messing up, without backup running. I ended up with the iPhone and iPad being updated plus an iPod that needed to be connected to the wifi network and apps installed.

I want so many things so bad Ricky you have no idea but with the country in the state now and just my own personal job, i have even cut back on personal things i like to do on my days off from work and how I spend my money you know what I mean?

Oh believe me I know what you mean it will be going back. I ordered it in a moment of indulgence without even thinking I tend to do that which is why I stay away from malls lol

Do you have instagram? if you do search for wofb it's the owner or a member of a womens only bootcamp gym. She has videos of all the excercises she does and it's really inspiring stuff.

That's cool. It's always better to be there to get everything updated and check bugs, rather than get calls from them later that they need help.
