Dealing with trolls and spammers

You know it's spam. We all know it's spam. Why give it legitimacy by replying? Just report it (you all know how), and move on.

You know he's a troll. We all know he's a troll. Don't tell him he's a troll. That will just piss him off. Ignore him and he'll go away. Do not feed the trolls!
