welcome to the wonderful world of the iPhone.
I was a long time Windows Mobile user, swore by it. Then went Blackberry....swore by that also. Now I KNOW where I belong. Never switching again. - 03-16-2011, 09:19 PM #11
Congrats. Give it a couple of weeks, you'll wonder how you got along without it till now.

Popped mine last week and I love it except the fact that I can no longer install app natively on my phone via the app store. I now have to download them via iTunes and sync it to my phone :'-(

Does the app store icon on your phone not work?

Congratulations! Your going to love the iPhone. I'm also a former sidekick user and the only thing I miss from the sidekick are notifications. However, I'm sure Apple will fix the notification system in iOS 5.

Yes, I did know that...but I did not want to get into another contract for a phone that will basically be a 1st edition SK on Android. I prefer to get a phone that has most of the kinks worked out. I was already familiar with the Ipod/Iphone and figured I had waited long enough. It was time for me to jump ship. So far, I am not regretting it one bit.

Not to mention after 8 months of being released they'll consider android devices end of life.
