What camera do you own?
During this past year, 2010, I've been trying to have photography as a hobby, and thus working hard on taking decent photos. I have a Sony DSC-W150; and well, one just had to step up the game.
In doing so, the Mrs and I bought a Nikon D3000. Within a week, we switched to a Nikon D5000. we've not regretted it one bit...
I'm really impressed with it; it's a DSLR camera, easy to use.

A canon powershot SD1000 for most photos. The iPhone 4 I do mostly videos because it's HD and it's photos are decent now so I do take some once in awhile. My old canon rebel 2000 35mm SLR from school that just takes quality photos all around. It may not be digital but I like it for events.

I have a Nikon D40, just starting out with photography. I have two lenses so far apart from the kit lens. I have a 20mm Sigma macro and a Nikon 55-250 zoom. I'm hoping to get a few more as well as some filters this year. Navi message me on Twitter and I'll give you my Flickr account ID.

iP4 and Canon s95
For everyday use, I snap pics with the phone with HDR.
Just bought the Canon S95 for the g.f. for whenever we go out.
What really surprised me was that it has an almost instant start-up time.
Video capture is decent, not too great, and you can't use the optical zoom while recording videos.
Canon uses a pop-up design for the flash. Keep this in mind if you usually hold the camera with your finger at the top left corner. You may have to get used to it or find something else.
Still, it's one of the best P&S around right now.

I'm pretty into photography, mainly macro images, particularly flowers. I think I'm pretty good at it, but I really haven't needed a DSLR thus far. I'm happy with an advanced point and shoot because honestly, I haven't seen many DSLR pictures that look much better. I got a Canon SX30 IS for Christmas and I absolutely love it - I plan on taking lots of pictures of that sexy iPhone 4 arriving on Monday.
Here are a few of my favorite pictures...
