Newbie here can't edit anything in CP

I just joined the wonderful place and when I go to my CP I cannot edited anything like signature, profile, avatar, etc.

I verified my account already from the email. Any tips would be great.

EDIT::: Nevermind. I just found that I have to have a minimum of 10 posts.
