Hey, Laura, glad to hear that you are feeling better.

Sounds like you get a good deal on your scrubs. I do all of my uniform shopping at Tafford's (Scrubs | Nursing Scrubs | Medical Scrubs | Nursing Uniforms at Tafford) I like their uniforms because they hold up wash after wash and still manage to look new for a long time, which is nice because 5 uniforms set me back at least $150.00.

    Thanks.

Check out Marcus Scrubs online. They've got some really great quality scrubs also and really good customer service. I buy from them all the time.

Today's purchase: A strawberry smoothie from the coffee bar downstairs at the hospital. I'm gonna have to bust it on the treadmill at the gym to burn those calories off.

Ribeyes are my favorite. It seems like they are hard to find anymore? Never see them at the market and the local steakhouse no longer carries them. A t-bone just isn't the same...

Recently purchased a MacBook Pro. I would have liked to hold off until the new ones are released in a month or two, but it couldn't wait.

Recently purchased vegetarian chicken patties that are made by Morning Star. They're actually quite good and with meat being out of my diet, I was looking for something to expand my food circle.

just to add to my love for polka dots, i went onto Case-Mate.com last night, and created a DIY tough case in pink with white polka dots i've shopped around and could not find the exact shade of pink i wanted, so i created a wp in the shade i wanted myself!!

the only down side is it takes 3-5 days to process and then add in shipping time -- it could be almost 10days before i rec it

Bought some new rain boots last night. The ones I did wear were split at the heel and the sole fell off. Kinda useless against mud and horse wee. I could have gone to the hardware store and bought black garbage worker boots, but I have to be stylish ankle deep in horse wee, so I got these.

    and these

Does a 5k dental bridge count? Actually I only have to pay for about 3k of it! Needless to say I'm pretty broke now.

I just bought a camera connection kit and keyboard case from Amazon for $25. I also have a pair of Skullcandy Hesh (were a daily deal from Skullcandy on EBay) that I'm waiting on and I will update my post with a picture of those when I receive them. My "Tempest 90" Inline Skates arrived today. Already put 10 miles on them. Hitting speeds of 18-20 MPH was no problem with these skates.

Staples - $59.99 - Canon PIXMA MG4120 - scanner/printer. With Airprint from iOS devices. Just works. And with Canon's iEPP app, you can scan a doc or pic with the device and save on iPhone/iPad, email as a pdf... cool.
