Do you use a workout playlist? Grab your iPhone, a pair of Beats Wireless headphones, and breeze thru that 45 minutes on an elliptical.
I try to change my list every week but a few favorites always seem to stay. List a few of your favorites.
Here is a few of mine.

Get It Right by Authority Zero
I Don't Wanna Dance by Hey Monday
Saturday Nights Alright by Nickleback
Don't Stop Me Know by Queen
Happy by Pharrell
Get This Party Started by Pink

"Don't Stop Me Now"...that is great! I always think of Shaun of the Dead when I hear that song...also great for beating zombies!

It depends on my workout. When I go running I like to have reflection time and peace. If I'm doing free weights or some kind of indoor workout then it's dirty dirty dubstep.
