Download the 3.1.3 restore ipsw. **** click on restore and point to the ipsw. When you get a 1015 error use either blackra1n or rec boot to kick it out of recovery mode. If you use blackra1n just click make it ra1n and once the screen turns black do a hard reboot.

Guessing you have a 3G. When I downgraded I did the same steps but it took me about three times to get it done. It went one third the first time, one third the second, and on the third time it finally went through. Try doing it a couple more times.

Indeed. I have up/downgraded my 3G many times. Only thing I noticed is that I downgraded from 4.0 and Cydia was changed to save blobs and I am on 3.1.2 and it says it has my blobs saved for 4.0.

If that indeed did happen then why would they ship it to Kentucky instead of putting it on a truck for OKC. It's a 3 hour drive max. The logistics don't make sense to send a package from TX to KY then to OK but then again none of this crap has made any sense.
