Hi there I have a bell 3gs with baseband 6.15 unlocked to so I can use the Telus Network. If I get a bell sim do I just plug it in and leave it for about 5 minutes and then use my Telus sim without battery drain issue any more? Or do I have to use Itunes clear everything out? Thanks

Hello, I have a bell 8GB 3gs locked to Bell. I have unlocked it to the Newbase 6.15. Lately I have been getting poor signal strength. Could Unlocking cause that? Just curious... :o

If you have the old bootrom on your 3gs does it still need to reboot everytime?

Thanks farbod21 for the reply, just did that and it worked awsome. Today I am going to check the boot version of this phone. I dont think it was ever updated. So I can safely update to the latest version of OS but maintain my old boot rom and modem firmware?
