it all depends on when you bought the phone and or when you started your contract with at&t. i believe they go by a two year upgrade schedule.

There is always a need to jailbreak when it comes to me. I cannot live with out all of the little tweaks that have been released and made available through jailbreaking. OS4.0 will be awesome but it will not fix everything; nor will it make everyone happy. that is when jailbreaking comes in...

that is because to the best of my knowledge; you did not actually buy the app. you are using a pirated version, and that is causing your problem.

i will assume you mean spirit jailbreak not sprint As for what has caused your Iphone to decrease in volume i am not sure it could be anything really. but you can try opening cydia, and searching for volume boost, that might help some

a little more information might help. what jailbreak did you use for instance, or what firmware are you on?
