I use Swype. The only feature I want that's not on the stock keyboard is the swipe typing. AFAIK, Swype is the only one that gives that, so none of the others are even worth my time.

Hmm... Rereading some of the responses, maybe I need to be a bit more specific about iTunes. If iTunes is what the iPad app is called that's used to access the app store, that's fine. Ditto if I have to have an iTunes profile, which is no different than the Google profile I have for Android or...
