I made going to the gym a habit, which makes me thrilled. I've never been able to make it a habit before. Lost 1.4 inches around the hips, but only three pounds. Seven more to go until I'm satisfied -- but I'm not sure thats ever gonna happen!

Good for you for reaching your goals! I went to the gym 4x and tried out the elliptical for the first time. Found it hits my quads more than my butt/hamstrings, as uphill walking does, so I wasn't too crazy about it, but it was nice for a change.
Still doing WW and working out! I admit I'm a little disappointed the scale hasn't moved, but I've lost 1.5 inches around my hips. I cut way down on alcohol and sugar Adam sleeping better. Still wouldn't mind seeing som pe movement on the scale, even though it's only a number.

I wish I could just track my exercise on this app! I hate keeping track of food and those calorie measurements are taunting me when I log in. :D I just want to eat a little less and I know when I'm doing that.
I'm sticking with my new gym membership + cardio.
I did 30-45 minutes, high intensity intervals (high incline uphill walking), four times in the 1st week.
