    Galaxy Nexus convert, maybe...

I made a similar switch from an HTC Rezound to a used 4 a month ago. The screen size does take some getting used to but you do get used to it. The camera on the 4 should be an improvement. I do find certain things on iPhone more cumbersome than on Android, like turning on wifi, Bluetooth etc...

    From Android to iPhone

I've bounced back and fourth between IOS and Android over the last 3 years. iPod Touch>Droid X>Nook Color>Acer Iconia>iPad 3>HTC Rezound>iPhone. Obviously there's been quite a bit of overlap of owning both at the same time but I've found a pattern where with smartphones and tablets both I...

We have an Otterbox Defendernon my wife's iPad that the kids play. It's thick, heavy and kind of klunky but it protects the iPad extremely well.

Won new iPad2 from work. What should I do with it?

I have a rooted Nook Color that I got as my first tablet. For the price it is a pretty neat little gadget. I use an Android phone as well. I ended up getting an iPad 3 when they came out since I wanted a larger tablet and most of the larger Android tablets didn't interest me. I really enjoy the...

    Ebook Reader for iPad 3

I've used Kindle, iBooks and the Nook app. I end up buying almost all books on the Kindle App since I have an Android phone and I like the cross platform availability. The iBooks app is very nice and clean but the selection isn't as wide but it's better looking than the Kindle app.

    Mini iPad

I'm guessing the iPad Mini won't get the new processor. If they are trying for a budget model they aren't going to pack in the latest hardware. I would guess we will get closer to iPad 2 specs.

    Data Use Per Hour

40 megs for 2 hours of GPS and streaming music is pretty good. I would have thought it would have been more.

New iPad/Apple TV Owner - I'm In Heaven!!!

I have a Roku box I'm currently using to stream Netlix. For Christmas I'm planning on replacing it with an Apple TV. I'm really excited to try AirPlay. Plants vs Zombies on the 55 inch will be great.

    The iPad Mini in education.

That's a shame because it seemed like a natural fit for the price point and a smaller tablet would actually be easier for kids to use. I guess the iPad 2 may end up being the default education tablet.

What else do you want the iPad to do?

The iPad is a great device and I find myself rarely reaching for the laptop anymore. I have the Apple bluetooth keyboard for when I need that functionality. I would like better sharing options between options. On Android when you want to share a picture or other file you get alot more options...

    The iPad Mini in education.

What possible uses do you see for the iPad Mini in education? If the price point is low enough could we see schools purchasing these instead of textbooks for students? As I see it we have pros and cons for the use of the Mini in schools: Pros in education 1. Cost could actually be lower than the...

10" or 7" iPad. What would you rather have?

I prefer the current size for my needs. I have a Nook Color that's 7 inches so I've had some experience in that area. It's a great size for reading books and okay for web browsing. Since I do have that I won't even be considering the iPad mini. If I want a small tablet on the gomI can bring the...

App vs App for iPhone suggestions

Docs to go vs Pages,Keynote, etc, vs Quickoffice. That one was a hardmchoicemfor me given the price differences, features and compatibility issues each has with different formats and other platforms. I ended up going with Quickoffice.
