...and thanks for Tramain for putting the announcement in the right section. :-) See - I knew I'd get it wrong.

    Flaboo! 1.01 out now

Hi there iPhone Blog Forum Folk (iPBFF?) I'm hoping this is the right thread for this, but here goes. Feel free to shift me if I've got it wrong. I've just released my first game, Flaboo! on the iTunes App Store There's a video here on YouTube My blog is here for those who are interested...

How many songs on your Iphone?

40 apps, 20 songs. Still plenty of room left.

    I need a developer.

I'm not sure how many positive responses you'll get. From my experience, most iPhone devs either have their own ideas or have contacts with proven, professional design records. I'd be genuinely interested to know if anyone takes you up on this offer. I think you're likely to have to give up a...

    iPhone user, working at Apple...

As someone who worked for MS up until a few months ago, I can say for a fact that most people I know buying new phones were buying iPhones. They also own iPods. I also don't know anyone who uses Zune.

Microsoft invades! Bing app for iPhone is here.

It seems to be... um... quite nice. I miss the inadvertant satellite pics of MPs cars leaving London's vice district but other than terrible ommission, it seems really solid and curiously unlike most bloated Microsoft stuff.

rapid application development tool for iPhone?

There's also the Ansca Corona SDK. You're not going to get things like texture atlases or low level openGLES calls going with it, but it's worth a punt.

How to to make xml data into array.

Look up NSXMLParser reference on Google. It's part of the basic iPhone SDK library. It's a bit tricky to use, but - assuming you're coding in Objective-C - it's what you want.

    Cross platform development

So far, the fact that the iPhone does not support Java and thus I've had to write all my libraries in objective-C / C has stopped me from doing any cross-platform work. The costs of changing my entire code base are far more of a factor than the submission fee. I'm considering a move to Unity...

    Apple > Android

No java, either. As a developer, I find that really annoying.

    Male or Female?

I'm scared of spiders, can cook well, hate sports and drive like crap. However, I have no womb, so I'm told that probably means I'm a bloke. Go figure.

    Just registered!

Howdy - same situation here. Only one app in the store, though.

    Introduce Yourself Here

Howdy from ex-Microsoft developer Hi there iPhone Blog Forum Folk (iPBFF?), I'm Dene, and I used to be the creative director for the Fable games on XBox and XBox 350. I moved to iPhone dev a few months ago and am still figuring out where the good places to hang out are. I'm not sure what else...

    Review: Dragon's Lair

Thanks for the review - I'm now getting flashbacks to '80s arcades. This was *the* game I was worst at. Period. After the coin went in, the aural experience was something like this: Dah-de-dah-deDEAD (wait for skeleton sequence). Hup-haDEAD (wait for skeleton sequence). Ha-humph-ya! YaaDEAD...

If the iPhone didn't exist, what phone would you be using?

I have an old Treo, which I still like 'cos it's nice and simple and has real keys. I've never felt that comfortable with soft-keyboards.
